About Elizabeth!

I’m an outdoors-loving ENFJ on a mission to help high-achieving women unlock their potential and live life to the fullest. I am obsessed with all things mind-body-spirit, female empowerment, and the science of happiness.

You can find me dancing in my kitchen, exploring the world with my husband, or nerding out on the latest from Brené Brown. The Redwoods are my happy place. I am fiercely passionate about teaching women how to overcome perfectionism because I know all too well how exhausting it is to try to control, prove, and people—please your way happiness.

As a Clinical Psychology master’s student at Columbia University (with a concentration in Spirituality Mind Body), a certified yoga teacher, life coach, and ex-corporate business woman, I offer a unique blend of proven tools and high-impact exercises to help you hit your big goals in a way that feels authentic and fun.

My Company Values

TRUST

– THE ESSENCE –
Trust in yourself, trust in the Universe, and
trust in the process of it all.

– WHAT THIS MEANS –
Life is full of twists and turns but when we
embrace the unknown and let go of
perfection. we open ourselves up to the
beauty in front of us.

CONNECTION

– THE ESSENCE –
The journey is meant to be shared.

– WHAT THIS MEANS –
Spend time with people you love. Nurture
your relationship. Give back to your
community. Life is so much richer when we
remember we are all in this together.

EMPOWERMENT

– THE ESSENCE –
We are always in the driver’s seat of our own life.

– WHAT THIS MEANS –
No one gets to dictate how you live your life
but you. Time to ditch the shoulds, stop the
people-pleasing. and quiet the little voice that
says “you can’t do this.”

JOY

– THE ESSENCE –
Enjoy the little moments.

– WHAT THIS MEANS –
Life can feel like it moves a mile a minute.
Learning how to stop and enjoy the little
moments is the ultimate superpower.
