About Elizabeth

I’m an outdoors-loving ENFJ on a mission to help high-performing women and teams unlock their potential, lead with confidence, and bring their best selves to work. I am obsessed with all things mind-body-spirit, the science of happiness, and empowering women to break the glass ceiling.

You can find me dancing in my kitchen, exploring the world with my husband, or nerding out on the latest from Brené Brown. The Redwoods are my happy place. I am fiercely passionate about teaching women how to overcome perfectionism because I know all too well how exhausting it is to try to control, prove, and people-please your way happiness.

As a Clinical Psychology master’s student at Columbia University (with a concentration in Spirituality Mind Body), certified yoga teacher, life coach, and with a decade of work experience in Silicon Valley + Corporate America, I offer a unique blend of fascinating research, proven tools, and high-impact exercises to help you and your teams excel in a way that feels authentic and fun.

My Company Values

TRUST

Trust in yourself, trust in the Universe, and
trust in the process of it all.

THE ESSENCE

WHAT IT MEANS

Life is full of twists and turns but when we
embrace the unknown and let go of
perfection, we open ourselves up to the
beauty in front of us.

CONNECTION

The journey is meant to be shared.

THE ESSENCE

WHAT IT MEANS

Spend time with people you love. Nurture your relationships. Give back to your community. Life is so much richer when we remember we are all in this together.

EMPOWERMENT

We are always in the driver’s seat of our own life.

THE ESSENCE

WHAT IT MEANS

No one gets to dictate how you live your life
but you. Time to ditch the shoulds, stop the
people-pleasing and quiet the little voice that
says “you can’t do this.”

JOY

Enjoy the little moments.

THE ESSENCE

WHAT IT MEANS

Life can feel like it moves a mile a minute.
Learning how to stop and enjoy the little
moments is the ultimate superpower.
